Our founders Lukasz Pajak and Henrik Sachs share a deep passion for sustainable mobility and energy transition. Starting with a strong business and automobile industry background they founded Cardino starting with an idea to digitize the whole process of reselling electric vehicles.

How does the onboarding work at Cardino?

At Cardino, our thorough onboarding begins with an intensive introduction to the entire company. Following this, you'll transition to your respective team for a more specialized departmental orientation. Throughout this process, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our founders as well as other key members of the team. Our onboarding sessions take place in our beautiful office in Berlin, whereby you will meet your new team members and they are able to meet their new colleague in person and experience our team spirit.
