What drives us at Cardino
Cardino was founded in 2022 in Berlin with a vision to revolutionise the used electric car market. We believe in the potential of the circular economy for greater sustainability. We want to make it easy for electric car owners to sell their vehicles and thus create a functioning secondary market for e-cars. Together, we want to drive e-mobility forward.

Our interview process is designed to ensure a good fit for both parties. It typically involves:
1. A brief introductory call.
2. A second call with a representative from the relevant department.
3. (Optional) A third call to discuss a case study, depending on the role in question.
4. A short final interview with one of the founders.

At Cardino, our thorough onboarding begins with an intensive introduction to the entire company. Following this, you'll transition to your respective team for a more specialized departmental orientation. Throughout this process, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our founders as well as other key members of the team. Our onboarding sessions take place in our beautiful office in Berlin, whereby you will meet your new team members and they are able to meet their new colleague in person and experience our team spirit.
